Under no circumstances will a refund be issued once a donation is made.

All fees collected for services are non-refundable. 

While it is our hope to see each fundraiser through to completion, either party may terminate this agreement at any time with a written notice. After such notice, service to the group’s/organization’s site will be suspended and any remaining funds will be paid according to the schedule defined in terms and conditions.
